Today I found out I was lucky enough to have been chosen as SCBWI's (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) Illustrator of the month. It was a pleasant surprise and I'm extremely honored to have been picked. I'm not sure how one gets selected with such an honor, but I know there are plenty of worthy candidates of which to choose from, so thanks SCBWI! To check out the page, just click the "SCBWI" above.
